1. A-type corrugated
The characteristic of A-type corrugation is that the number of corrugated corrugations per unit length is small, and the corrugated is the highest. Corrugated boxes made of A-type flutes are suitable for packaging lighter items and have greater buffering force.
2. B type corrugated
B-type corrugation is just the opposite of A-type corrugation. The number of corrugations per unit length is large and the corrugation is the lowest. Its performance is also opposite to that of A-type corrugation. Corrugated boxes made of B-type corrugation are suitable for packaging heavier and harder items. Mostly used for packaging of canned and bottled items. In addition, there is also a tendency to use the characteristics of B-type corrugated to be hard and not easy to break, and to make combination boxes with complex shapes after punching.
3. C-shaped corrugated
The number of corrugations per unit length and the height of the C-type flutes are between the A-type flutes and the B-type flutes. The performance is close to the A-type flute. In recent years, with the increase of storage and transportation costs, the smaller C-shaped flute has been paid attention to, and it has become the flute type adopted by European and American countries.
4. E-shaped corrugated
The number of E-type corrugations within 30㎝ length is generally about 95, and the corrugated height is about 1.1㎜. Compared with A, B, C-type corrugated for outer packaging, it has the characteristics of being thinner and harder. Therefore, the main purpose of developing E-type flutes is to make it into a folding carton to increase cushioning. Corrugated boxes made of E-shaped flutes have beautiful appearance and smooth surface, and can be used for more complex printing, so they are usually used for decorative corrugated boxes/color boxes and other small-sized boxes.
