There are four types of corrugated board: A flute, B flute, C flute and E flute.
Generally speaking, the carton used for product packaging mainly adopts A, B, C corrugated cardboard; medium packaging adopts B, E corrugated cardboard; small packaging uses E corrugated cardboard. According to the international carton box type specification, the carton structure can be divided into two types: basic type and combined type.
The basic type is the basic box type. There are diagrams in the specification to check. Generally, it is represented by four digits. The first two digits indicate the type of the box, and the last two digits indicate different carton styles in the same box type. For example: 02 indicates a slotted carton; 03 indicates a nested carton, etc.
The combination type is the composition of the basic type, that is, it is composed of the basic box shape above the two types, and is indicated by a plurality of four-digit data or abbreviations. For example, a carton can use Type 0204 for the top flap and Type 0215 for the bottom flap.
